Can I use the service without creating an account?A
You must create an account on the “SHOW:CRIPT” website to purchase or use products.
Non-members can only view limited content or previews. -

Can I delete my account?A
Yes, you can delete your account through the following menu:
My Page → Manage My Information → Delete AccountHowever, please note that even if you rejoin later, any content purchased under your previous account cannot be restored. To use previously purchased content again, you will need to repurchase it.

Can I download and use audiobooks, OSTs, or e-books offline?A
“SHOW:CRIPT” products, including audiobooks, OSTs, and e-books, are provided in a format that allows you to stream or view them within the website. Downloads are not supported.

Will I receive any physical items like an OST CD, audiobook CD, or printed materials when I purchase from “SHOW:CRIPT”?A
All “SHOW:CRIPT” products (https://www.showcript.art) are digital-only and can be accessed online.
No physical items will be shipped. -

Can I use the service on all devices (mobile, tablet PC, etc.) and operating systems (iOS, MS Windows, etc.)?A
Products can be purchased and used on any device that can access the website.
However, depending on your device or OS, some features may perform differently.We recommend using the latest version of the following browsers on recent models for the best experience:

Can multiple devices log in to the same account at once?A
Simultaneous logins from different IPs using one account are restricted.
However, simultaneous access is possible if multiple devices are used within the same IP network.
When logging in from a new IP, previously logged-in devices will automatically be logged out. -

Is it possible to use features such as Chromecast or iPad mirroring to cast the screen to a PC?A
Functions such as Chromecast and screen mirroring are features provided by your device or browser. They were not specifically considered during the development of “SHOW:CRIPT,” but may be available depending on your device and browser.

I purchased a product but haven’t used it yet. Can I get a refund?A
Once purchased, the product is considered “used” immediately and cannot be refunded.
However, if the buyer is a minor who entered into a purchase contract without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the guardian may cancel the contract and receive a refund.

For paid content, if any of the following conditions apply, the right of withdrawal is not available in accordance with Article 17(2) of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., Article 21-2 of its Enforcement Decree, and Article 27 of the Content Industry Promotion Act, provided that the seller has clearly informed the consumer in advance that the right of withdrawal does not apply.

I am a foreigner living overseas. Since identity verification cannot be completed during the sign-up process, registration and use of SHOW:CRIPT are not available.A
If you switch the website language to English from the upper right corner of the homepage, you can sign up using only your email without going through an identity verification process.
Please note that if you sign up this way, content can be accessed only through the English version of the website.Currently, among the contents available on SHOW:CRIPT, only “HERZKLANG” and “BBANGYA(Trigger)” support English scripts. All audiobooks and OSTs are available in Korean only. We ask for your kind understanding.
